Job summary

YO! at Tesco Falkirk, part of The Wonderfield Group, is seeking an energetic operations role to support kiosk management, food prep, and service standards. You will help with stock control, cost management, and lead a small team to deliver great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kiosk Manager in daily operation and food prep during shifts.
• Manage stock and ordering to hit production and waste targets.
• Control labour and food costs and drive gross sales to protect profit.
• Lead the team to deliver high levels of customer service and teamwork.
• Promote a safe, healthy working environment and report issues.
• Support opening/closing and provide leadership during hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for supporting the Kiosk Manager with the daily operation of the kiosk including the whole shift in the absence of the manager overseeing food prep and service standards.
• You will manage stock and ordering to ensure you and the team hit production and waste targets.
• You will ensure budget is hit by managing labour and food costs as well as gross sales to achieve profit.
• Drive and lead the team to achieve high levels of customer service. Create an engaged team with a culture of teamwork and support.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment by leading by example and report any issues.
• Support teams opening and closing locations and provide leadership during operation hours.
