YO! at Tesco seeks dynamic individuals to join our fresh sushi kiosk team. You’ll assist the manager in daily running, prepare food and serve customers with a smile, delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role offers on-site work Monday to Thursday with Fridays from home, plus the chance to grow through our apprentice program and enjoy wellbeing and career benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist your manager in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food and serving customers with a smile.
• Be highly attentive to detail and deliver consistent standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure daily records of delivery, wastage and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.
• Support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest quality in food and service standards.
• Interact confidently with customers, have great menu knowledge and drive sales so they leave happy.

Since launching its first in-store kiosk in Tesco in 2018, YO! has transformed the supermarket sushi experience across the UK. What started as an innovative partnership to bring freshly made sushi directly to shoppers has grown into one of the UK’s most successful in-store food concepts, with over 300 Tesco locations nationwide by 2023. • You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
• You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
• You will interact confidently with our customers- have fantastic menu knowledge and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service.
