Job summary

YO! at Tesco Falkirk, operated under The Wonderfield Group, seeks a customer-focused team member for its Fresh Sushi kiosk. You will assist in daily operations, prep food and serve customers with a smile within a hybrid on-site/work-from-home rhythm.

Role involves maintaining records, upholding high food standards and helping build customer loyalty through excellent service and product knowledge. Growth via apprentice program and supportive benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kiosk manager in daily operations, food prep and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, wastage and temperature checks.
• Support customer loyalty by ensuring top quality food and service.
• Engage confidently with customers, share menu knowledge and drive sales.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be assisting your manager in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food and serving customers with a smile.
• You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
• You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
• You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
• You will interact confidently with our customers- have fantastic menu knowledge and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service.
