Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for its care homes in the UK. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings.

The position is part-time (35.5 hours/week) on a rota, with a focus on kindness, teamwork, and safeguarding. Experience with vulnerable individuals and IT skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals or similar care experience.
• Ability to plan and develop activity programmes that engage residents.
• Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and keeping residents safe.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight residents and improve quality of life.
• Assist Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Engage residents and care home staff with kind, supportive communication.
