HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (16.5 hours per week) to bring kindness to dementia, nursing and residential care settings. You will plan engaging activities, support fundraising, and foster social interaction among Residents while working closely with the Home Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a collaborative, caring approach.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programmes.
• Brilliant, positive energy and ability to get along with people.
• Great planning and organisational skills, plus IT proficiency.
• Safeguarding training and willingness to undertake related training.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Support Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities.
• Collaborate with care home team to execute activity ideas.
