Job summary

HC-One is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant on a bank contract. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home for residents, following schedules, and supporting infection control and daily laundry tasks.

Full training is provided and a positive, respectful approach is essential when working with residents and teams. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and kindness are valued, with safeguarding training supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is helpful; full training is provided.
• Organised with attention to detail and good time management.
• Able to follow hygiene and safety procedures; safeguarding awareness desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Use cleaning products safely and in line with hygiene procedures.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
• Help with laundry and linen care.
• Report issues or repairs promptly.
