HC-One Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home across our care settings.

You’ll follow cleaning schedules, handle laundry with care, support infection control, and bring a kind, respectful attitude to Residents, visitors and colleagues. Full training provided; experience helpful but not required, organised and detail-oriented candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• You’ll need to be organised, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail.
• Most of all, you’ll bring a positive attitude and be kind and respectful in every conversation — with Residents, visitors, and your team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures.
• Supporting infection control and safety standards.
• Helping with laundry and linen care.
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed.
