Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to help keep our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes clean, safe and welcoming. You will follow schedules, use products safely and support infection control while delivering care with kindness and attention to detail.

Full training is provided and a positive, organised approach is valued. You’ll contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace and report any issues promptly as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Use products safely and follow hygiene procedures.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
• Help with laundry and linen care.
• Report any issues or repairs as needed.
