Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist homes. You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas, follow schedules, and ensure hygiene standards are met.

Full training provided; organisations skills like time management and attention to detail are valued, along with a positive, respectful attitude towards Residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• You'll need to be organised, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail.
• Most of all, you'll bring a positive attitude and be kind and respectful in every conversation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
• Supporting infection control and safety standards
• Helping with laundry and linen care
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
