Kate Spade New York in Cannock seeks a Client & Service Expert to drive luxury retail experiences. You will meet sales goals, deepen knowledge across categories, and deliver the Kate Spade experience with every guest. Build a personal clientele through proactive outreach while upholding brand standards.

You’ll understand the brand aesthetic, work well in a team, and perform store operations, including POS processing, visual directives, and keyholder responsibilities.
