L'Occitane en Provence in the United Kingdom is seeking a Beauty Host to create memorable guest experiences and share our heritage and sustainability values.

You will welcome guests, offer personalised beauty guidance, and deliver signature moments like hand massages while maintaining pristine boutique standards and participating in events. A luxury retail background and a proactive, positive attitude are highly valued, with hybrid/office flexibility noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or guest-centric environments is preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalised beauty advice and memorable guest moments.
• Comfort with product knowledge and sustainability values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with warm welcomes and personalised beauty advice.
• Share expertise on L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and keep boutique spaces pristine.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate with the team and support opening/closing the boutique when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Support the management team with opening and closing the boutique, when required.
