Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in Brighton is seeking a Beauty Host to greet guests, share product knowledge, and craft memorable beauty experiences in a luxury environment.

You will learn our heritage, ingredients, and sustainability commitments while delivering personalised consultations, hand massages, and demonstrations that inspire confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience or affinity with luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or guest-centric industries.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with warm welcomes, personalised beauty advice, and signature moments.
• Develop product knowledge on L’Occitane heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and keep boutique spaces pristine.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and share knowledge to drive guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
