Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to welcome guests with warmth, offer personalised beauty advice, and craft memorable experiences in a luxury setting. You’ll share product knowledge, sustainability values, and brand heritage while enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

The role involves supporting visual merchandising, stock management, and POS use, with a collaborative, care-driven team culture and hybrid work arrangements for office-based staff.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
