Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or guest-centric environments.
• Ability to provide personalised beauty advice and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards in visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with warm welcomes and personalised beauty advice.
• Share product expertise, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising and manage stock to maintain boutique standards.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate with the team and share knowledge openly.
• Support opening/closing of the boutique when required.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L'Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Support the management team with opening and closing the boutique, when required.
