REESON Education is working with a Brent primary school to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher for September 2026, covering a Year 4 class. The post suits an experienced M3/M4 teacher seeking a supportive and vibrant school community.

The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have Primary School experience, with a proven ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and strong classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
• Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

We are working with a primary school in Brent seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September 2026.
