• Has high expectations and believes that every child can achieve.
• Can use their initiative, adapt to children's needs and work effectively as part of a team.
• Is enthusiastic, flexible and willing to contribute to wider school life.
• Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and helping every child succeed.
