Job summary

Sites in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Sales Assistant to generate sales through outstanding customer service and by maintaining store standards. You’ll help ensure customer loyalty by delivering product knowledge and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, ideally within a premium fashion brand, and are passionate about the brand. This role is based in-store and involves handling transactions and promoting multi-channel options.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Open and close the store when a member of management isn’t there.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
