Job summary

CUBE Consulting is seeking a Key Account Support Coordinator to join the Wrexham operation. You will support the Key Account Manager with major national accounts, act as a primary contact for customer enquiries, and efficiently process sales and purchase orders while coordinating with purchasing, operations, logistics and finance.

The role suits an organised, proactive individual who enjoys building relationships and driving service levels, with a clear path to Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in account support or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to large national accounts for the Key Account Manager.
• Act as a contact for customer enquiries and requests.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently; liaise with purchasing, operations, logistics and finance to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor account activity and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Coordinate customer requests from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support Account Managers with administration and account-related activities.
