Our site in Daventry is seeking a proactive and meticulous Client Coordinator to manage operational activities and monitor our client and customer service levels, ensuring expectations, timescales, and internal constraints are met.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be the main contact for all customers and clients daily. Your responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple accounts, building strong relationships, and fostering customer partnerships. You should be skilled in presenting reports and findings, supporting projects across stakeholders, and be a natural communicator, problem solver, and highly organized with a proactive approach.
