YOUR ROLE

Our site in Daventry is seeking a proactive and meticulous Client Coordinator to manage operational activities and monitor our client and customer service levels, ensuring expectations, timescales, and internal constraints are met.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be the main contact for all customers and clients daily. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to produce forecasts and detailed activity plans to support revenue targets and operational delivery.
  • Acting as the liaison between operations and clients, gathering and reporting customer forecasts.
  • Overseeing the monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing client reporting, including weekly status reports, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Suggesting improvements to products, systems, and services.
  • Monitoring and updating sales and activity forecasts for designated accounts.
  • Maintaining an updated client status report, logging issues, tracking progress, and leading efforts to resolve and prevent system and service failures.

This role offers up to £30,000 per annum.
