Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I in Chiswick is seeking a Key Account Manager & Special Operations to manage complex, end-to-end logistics projects across multimodal networks. You will coordinate operations and drive growth by developing relationships with key accounts while supporting new business opportunities.

The role is Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term partnerships for sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience in multimodal logistics (air, road, sea).
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, act as the key point of contact, identify opportunities for growth and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, reliable service delivery.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing tailored proposals, negotiating advantages and building long-term partnerships.
