CEVA Logistics in London (Chiswick) is seeking a Key Account Manager & Special Operations to manage complex, end-to-end logistics projects, coordinating multimodal transport and heavy lift cargo.

You will develop and maintain key accounts from commercial and operational perspectives, and support new business opportunities. This role is Monday–Friday. Strong freight forwarding experience, excellent communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential.

Competenze

• Freight forwarding experience in multimodal logistics including air, road and sea.
• Experience in project logistics, project operations and pricing.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as the main point of contact and driving growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with internal teams and partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
