Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Key Account Manager & Special Operations in London, focusing on end-to-end multimodal projects including heavy lift and out-of-gauge cargo. You will manage major accounts from commercial and operational angles and support new business development initiatives.

The role is based in Chiswick, Monday to Friday, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in multimodal logistics, handling air, road and sea movements.
• Strong customer relationship and commercial development skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure high service levels.
• Act as primary point of contact and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with internal teams and partners.
• Monitor orders and timelines to meet customer requirements.
• Drive growth by developing new opportunities and strengthening partnerships.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial opportunities.
