Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Solutions Design Manager to design innovative transport and supply chain solutions for large opportunities. You will work with Business Development, Operations, IT, Procurement and customer stakeholders to lead tailored solutions that unlock value and efficiency.

In this role you will drive analysis, model costs, and present proposals to customers while managing multiple projects across the sales lifecycle and supporting major bids and business growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills to analyse datasets, build models and costings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to present to customers at all levels.
• Experience presenting complex solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end transport and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers.
• Manage multiple complex solution design projects across the sales lifecycle.
• Develop commercial models, rate cards and costings for proposals.
• Present solution proposals confidently to customers with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Produce detailed solution documentation and process flows for implementation.
• Identify innovative technologies and process improvements to enhance solutions.
