Main Missions:
  • Strategic customer relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market analysis: Identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contract negotiations: Use your negotiating skills to finalize agreements.
  • Business strategy development: Adapt and develop strategies to maximize growth, utilizing your creativity and business acumen.
  • Internal coordination: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Activity monitoring: Analyze account performance, pipeline, and conversion rates to seek continuous improvement.
Profile:
  • Diploma (BAC+5) focused on sales, technical sales, negotiation, and customer relations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy and/or research sectors.
  • Enthusiasm for the nuclear industry and ambition to excel in a commercial role.
  • Leadership, communication skills, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English, and analytical abilities.
