Responsibilities

• Develop mutually beneficial relationships between Schindler and the large key customer organisation
• Establish ongoing proactive contact to anticipate and respond to customer needs
• Coordinate, prepare and renegotiate allocated contract tenders as needed
• Review and agree on terms with legal/QS
• Monitor Schindler operational performance and elevate non-performance to resolve issues
• Act as single point of contact for high-level client issues
• Represent branch interests with the key account customer
• Follow Schindler key account strategy to deliver total service
