Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Key Account Manager for automated intralogistics solutions based in Milton Keynes. You will manage a key customer account, overseeing contracts, budgets, KPIs, and overall customer relationships to drive value and service excellence.

The role requires experience in automated intralogistics, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in growing service revenues. You will partner with operations and engineering teams to deliver targeted outcomes for the UK

Qualifications

• Experience managing key customer accounts in industrial automation or intralogistics.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned UK key account contracts and budgets.
• Develop opportunities to grow revenues and service offerings.
• Lead and coordinate with site managers to deliver maintenance contracts.
• Negotiate service contract pricing where needed.
• Support Head of Operations on new business ventures.
