Key Account Manager - Nationwide

We are recruiting for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing business. You will be the face of the HSS ProService and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every request fulfilled.

As a Key Account Manager for HSS ProService, you will be challenged to win new, profitable business for HSS whilst supporting the development of our existing customer accounts. You will sell the proposition across our group of companies to deliver a great service offering to our customers as well as assist in the collection of any debt relating to the accounts.

At HSS ProService, Key Account Managers are based in a geographical patch and spend their time mixed between selling on sites and in offices. They are target driven to support the branches around them in achieving sales goals, so they work as part of a team whilst having an opportunity to demonstrate individual flair.

What will you do?
  1. Develop relationships internally and externally
  2. Build relationships at multiple levels
  3. Nurture existing relationships with our client base
  4. Listen and implement the HSS sales process to ensure we provide the best solution for our customer
  5. Build rapport and use a mature, consultative approach to sales on service and value
  6. Help with the management of the account debt
  7. Promote the use of ProService Self-Serve system

  • Work experience in a B2B selling role
  • Ability to build rapport using a mature, consultative sales approach on service and value
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive problem-solving approach
