WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but you can expect your days to include:

  1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor-make solutions.
  2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  3. Further developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Being responsible for the operational, organizational, and strategic management of your sales area, fully utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Many qualities make an Account Manager, but the following skills and experience would be a good starting point:

  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry.
  • Solution-oriented approach – ability to uncover customers’ pain points and needs to provide the best solutions.
  • Alignment with our values – commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
  • Resilience and adaptability – comfortable engaging with all levels of customers, from site operators to managing directors.
  • Drive – a motivated approach to achieving success and overcoming challenges.
  • Curiosity – passion for learning, development, and growth.
  • Organizational skills – excellent time and priority management, ability to work autonomously.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Please disclose any points and expiry dates on your license.
