We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

It’s an exciting time to join LINK as we develop our award-winning communications platform as a service (CPaaS) offerings in this rapidly advancing tech industry.

This is a hybrid role that blends account growth with new logo acquisition. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, deepening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities—while also hunting for new customers across priority verticals like retail, logistics, and finance.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, responding to their needs, and working with them to expand their value to LINK Mobility whilst delighting the client with new and innovative solutions.

You will be at the center of everything relating to your account, managing relationships with senior stakeholders both at the client and internally, working closely with the Customer Success Managers to build new and exciting campaigns or capabilities for your client, and managing the commercial and contractual relationship.

The solutions you provide could include anything from delivering personalized SMS marketing, to complex authentication for financial services, or chatbot solutions using WhatsApp or RCS (Rich Communications Services) to support customer care.

Everything you do will be aligned to our mission of creating valuable conversations for our customers.

Responsabilities

  • Develop trusted relationships across all levels and teams in your allocated accounts including the C suite. Become the trusted advisor and demonstrate value at all levels.
  • Through those relationships and your unique knowledge of the market and the needs of each individual account, you will:
  • Drive profitable revenue growth year on year within your nominated customer relationships. This will be through a combination of growing existing use cases and implementing new use cases across a range of product solutions.
  • Drive the internal account strategy and plan to maximise the relationship and ensure that clients are both retained and grown.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all client requests including RFPs and lead the project team for any delivery project.
  • Know the numbers for your client and take proactive action if there are changes in revenues, margins, support tickets or overall client satisfaction.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for your accounts.
  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Lead any commercial negotiations, pitches or dispute resolution processes.
  • Own the account review governance and ensure that a robust plan of reviews, meetings and engagement events are delivered

WE HOPE YOU HAVE

  • Fluent Englishin both speaking and writing.
  • 4+ years of experience working in account management or sales roles with large enterprise customers, ideally working with a SaaS, technology or telecoms vendor.
  • You are highly organized and collaborative with a flair for building innovative commercial solutions
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit in your activity in growing your customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
  • You embrace teamwork and internal collaboration. You'll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, etc.)
  • You are adaptive. You love an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, your team, and your approach.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a diverse audience both internally and externally.
  • Telecoms or SaaS experience would be an advantage but the ability to manage and drive complex relationships is the key to this role.
