We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

You're probably already familiar with us: we're behind the messages you receive via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or even to check-in for your upcoming flight, receive delivery notifications, cash in a mobile coupon to your favorite store, and so much more.
It’s an exciting time to join LINK as we develop our award-winning communications platform as a service (CPaaS) offerings in this rapidly advancing tech industry.
This is a hybrid role that blends account growth with new logo acquisition. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, deepening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities—while also hunting for new customers across priority verticals like retail, logistics, and finance.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, responding to their needs, and working with them to expand their value to LINK Mobility whilst delighting the client with new and innovative solutions.
You will be at the center of everything relating to your account, managing relationships with senior stakeholders both at the client and internally, working closely with the Customer Success Managers to build new and exciting campaigns or capabilities for your client, and managing the commercial and contractual relationship.
The solutions you provide could include anything from delivering personalized SMS marketing, to complex authentication for financial services, or chatbot solutions using WhatsApp or RCS (Rich Communications Services) to support customer care.
Everything you do will be aligned to our mission of creating valuable conversations for our customers.
