Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing

Hybrid - Hooton, Cheshire

Are you a strategic thinker with a focus on client success and digital marketing performance?

We’re growing fast and looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of 5–10 high-value clients across the UK.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction—while enjoying uncapped bonus potential through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key clients.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and lead renewals.
  • Deliver strategic insights through data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, etc.)

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management (marketing/digital preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, or digital marketing is a plus (training provided)
  • Experience of working with healthcare clients.
