As a Key Account Manager, you will provide a high-quality commercial approach, maximising opportunities and investments using your successful negotiation skills. You will be involved in high-level clinical discussions around the product and its wealth of clinical data.

It is essential to maintain a high level of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies (both local and national) by proactively reviewing their current positions and providing solutions where appropriate to ensure the use of our client’s products. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and independently to drive sales. Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential, and you must have contacts within either of these therapy areas.

Requirements:
  • Experience working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care, with full accountability for sales.
  • Proven track record of sales representative/KAM experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • High level of selling, commercial acumen, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with all business partners.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the product, disease area, and customer environment, including NHS budgetary and planning processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • Excellent salary and competitive bonus scheme.
  • Car allowance + paid mileage.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
  • Access to learning and career development tools.
  • 25 days annual paid holiday + opportunity to buy an extra 5 days.
  • Flexible benefits including pension scheme, Life Assurance, Income Protection, and more.
  • Online wellbeing support available 24/7.
  • Additional benefits such as gym memberships and discounts at various stores and restaurants.

At IQVIA, we value diversity and inclusivity. If you are enthusiastic about this role but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. You may be the ideal candidate for this position or another opportunity within our organization!
