Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Environmental Services business in their search for a Key Account Executive to work in Wrexham.

You will support Key Account Managers, handle client enquiries by telephone and email, and ensure high service standards while building lasting client relationships. This permanent role offers a clear progression path into Account Management within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Account Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Executive or similar client specialist role.
• Experience working with large, bespoke client accounts.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomy when resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• As a Key Account Executive, you will support Key Account Managers with day-to-day management of customer accounts.
• You will handle client enquiries via telephone and email and resolve issues efficiently.
• You will demonstrate ownership when problem solving and contribute to consistent service excellence.

• Duration: Permanent
