Chambers & Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced account manager to grow and retain a portfolio of global law firm clients. In the Key Account team you’ll drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell across Chambers’ data, intelligence and analytics products, using consultative, subscription-based selling.
The role offers a hybrid working model with the Fleet Street office on Mon/Wed/Thu and remote days otherwise; travel within Europe is possible as you build senior
We are looking for an experienced account manager with consistent success in expanding and retaining an existing portfolio of corporate B2B clients.
Working within our Key Account team, this role takes on the significant responsibility of working with some our largest and longest‑tenented clients, consisting of the world’s leading Global law firms and professional services firms, selling across the range of Chambers’ core product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a consultative, subscription sales environment, surpassing sales revenue targets through a combination of new business acquisition and account growth.
Own and grow an established portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue through strategic upsell and cross-sell of Chambers’ expanding suite of data,intelligenceand analytics products.
Develop and execute strategic account planstomaximiselong-term client value, balancing short-term revenue opportunities with sustainable account growth.
Build andmaintainsenior relationshipsacross global law firms, engaging with key stakeholders including Managing Partners, Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of Business Development.
Identifyand unlock new revenue opportunitiesthrough detailed global account mapping, uncovering whitespaceand engaging new buyers and influencers.
Lead commercial conversations with clients, using value-based selling to position Chambers’ insights,dataand analytics solutions as strategic tools for market positioning and competitive intelligence.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, producing high-qualityproposalsand providingaccurateforecasting against monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate cross-functionallywith research, editorial and marketing teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from Chambers’ products and insights.

Weoperateahybrid working model, with the Sales team based in ourFleet Street office on Mondays,Wednesdaysand Thursdays. Team members typically work remotely on the remaining days, though desks are available to book in the office onTuesdays and Fridaysif desired.
Proventrack recordof success inB2B sales or strategic account management, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling in acomplex commercial environment, such as SaaS, professional services, data, intelligence,researchor subscription-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base.
Strongstakeholder management and relationship-building skills, withexperienceengaging senior decision-makers.
Ability to translate client needs into compelling commercial value propositions, positioningproductsand services in a consultative and strategic way.
Highly motivated and commercially driven, with a strong desire to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
