Job summary

CIA Fire & Security in Reading is seeking an experienced Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of key client sites. You will lead on-site service, diagnose faults, manage planned maintenance and deliver high-quality reports while building trusted relationships.

You will act as engineering lead for prestigious accounts, leveraging your proven Fire & Security experience, and you will be able to travel across sites in the Reading area with a company vehicle and progression

Qualifications

• Proven Fire & Security engineering experience.
• Gent qualified.
• Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems.
• Professional customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems.
• Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects.
• Building strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service.

CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area.
