Job summary

Fidelity Integrated Systems Ltd in Greater London is seeking a Senior Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer to join a friendly, motivated team. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with responsibilities across access control, video surveillance, alarm systems and fire safety installations.

You will carry out corrective maintenance, perform preventative tasks, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with our Alarm Receiving Centre while ensuring high professional standards

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge across integrated Security and Life Safety Systems.
• Excellent understanding of electrical principles.
• Proven problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective maintenance, including fault finding, troubleshooting and achieving first‑time fixes wherever possible.
• Complete remedial works and small installation tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance across a range of systems.
• Liaise professionally with clients on site.
• Work with monitored systems in coordination with our Alarm Receiving Centre.
• Represent Fidelity Integrated Systems Ltd and the Ranger Group as a professional ambassador in the field.
• Complete all site and electronic documentation accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across all relevant disciplines.
• Participate in ongoing internal and external training covering technical, regulatory and health and safety requirements.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and apprentices.
• Take part in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota.

Salary & Benefits

• £44,000 - £48,000, depending on skills and experience
