Job summary

Huntress - Leeds is seeking an experienced Key Account & Customer Support Executive in Leeds. You will own customer relationships, handle orders and queries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

The role suits someone with experience in large retail Key Accounts and a sharp eye for detail. The position offers £28,000 base with a 10% quarterly bonus, 35 hours per week, and hybrid working after training.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, sales administration, sales support or account coordination.
• Previous experience working with Key Accounts and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with initiative and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer enquiries across email, telephone and social media.
• Provide first-line pre-sales and product support, knowing when to escalate.
• Manage customer orders from initial purchase through to delivery, resolving payment, cancellation, returns and delivery issues.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, maintaining regular communication and developing relationships.
• Coordinate Key Account orders with Sales, Accounts, Technical Support, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve issues with couriers or transport partners.
• Manage customer feedback and online reviews, identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements.
• Monitor sales orders and returns through the ERP system, spotting issues early.
• Work within a wider Sales Support team to service customers across channels.
• Seek opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer service standards.
