Firstunion is seeking a field-based Customer Support Specialist to deliver on-site support at partner wholesalers' warehouses in the UK, ensuring product display and promotion execution and building strong customer relationships to boost satisfaction and sales.

You will visit customers regularly, understand their needs, gather market intelligence, coordinate internal resources to resolve issues, and help train wholesalers to improve terminal sales and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or marketing support.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to independently handle unexpected on-site situations.

• Customer Support: Provide daily on-site support at the warehouses of partnered wholesalers to ensure product display and promotion execution;
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: Regularly visit customers, understand their needs, maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and improve customer satisfaction;
• Problem Solving: Quickly respond to customer feedback, coordinate internal company resources, and resolve product, logistics, or sales issues;
• Market Intelligence Collection: Monitor market dynamics, analyze competitor movements, and provide valuable data to support the company's sales strategy；
• Sales Drive: Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate product supply and full SKU availability;
• Training & Coaching: Provide product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance terminal sales capabilities;
• Promotional Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase market share and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or marketing support, with experience in FMCG or consumer electronics;
• Work Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, high work passion, strong stress tolerance, and willingness to work deeply on the front lines of the market;
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the UK;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in customer relationship management;
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to independently handle unexpected on-site situations.
