Job summary

HIDE in London, a Michelin-starred urban oasis, is seeking a Junior Waiter/Waitress to join our team, full-time.

You will work closely with Chef de rang and Head waiter, build rapport with regulars, and ensure smooth communication between station and kitchen.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with Chef de rang and Head waiter
• Ability to understand different plates and cutlery and their uses
• Good communication with regular guests
• Respectful and responsive to management requests

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an full time Junior Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu

showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network

of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams,

juices and pickles.

As Junior Waiter your duties will include:
