HIDE in London is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to lead service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and to oversee a busy section with poise.

The role requires menu knowledge, proper menu preparation, setting up the restaurant and building rapport with regular guests, with an hourly wage starting at £17.21. Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £17.21/hour.

As Head Waiter your duties will include:
