Job summary

Deltatre S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Content & Design Operations Coordinator to join the 24/7 Content Operations team in the UK.

You will focus on visual assets such as hero images, thumbnails and promotional graphics, while learning the full content lifecycle from ingestion to publishing. You will develop skills in CMS, metadata, and editorial copy, with opportunities to contribute to branded proof-of-concept environments and client conversations.

Qualifications

Portfolio with design work (university projects, internships, freelance, or personal work).
Proficiency with Photoshop or equivalent tools.
Ability to adapt visuals for different formats, screen sizes and brand guidelines.
Attention to accuracy in high-volume metadata entry and image creation.
Ability to meet fixed deadlines, including around live events.
Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
Clear written communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Produce visual assets (hero images, thumbnails, graphics) per guidelines.
Enter metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, geo-restrictions) to quality standards.
Support publishing workflows and playlist creation with senior guidance.
Draft editorial copy such as match descriptions and highlights.
Support VOD processing across ingestion, metadata enrichment, and publishing.
Record issues and fixes in documentation; suggest workflow improvements.
