ROLE OVERVIEW:

An exciting opportunity to join the Trading Operations Team of Green Man Gaming as a Junior Trading Operations Associate. The team manages merchandising, products, pricing, and stock for the company. They are the main contact for website merchandising, promotion implementation, pricing, stock management, and product setup/maintenance.

Note: After a probation period, working hours will typically be in the evening (UK time) to accommodate the international nature of the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain digital merchandising, products, distribution, and content for the website in a fast-paced environment.
2. Manage distribution, stock levels, and keys.
3. Implement promotional content and site search information.
4. Identify and suggest process improvements.
5. Update product pages with publisher assets and details.
6. Coordinate product releases and merchandising.
7. Manage and update product pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented.
• Proficiency with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps, especially Google Sheets.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a fast-paced retail or industry environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in e-commerce and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
• Interest or knowledge of the Video Games industry.
