Qualifications

• Recent or early-career professional with an interest in technical delivery and consulting.
• Willing to learn, take direction, and work collaboratively within a technical delivery team.
• Clear communicator capable of engaging with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Familiar with software systems, APIs, and data flows; basic troubleshooting encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery activities across customer engagements.
• Assist with deployments, integrations, and upgrades under guidance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and notes.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and readiness for new releases.
• Follow and help improve established delivery processes and tools.
