Job summary

Hitachi Solutions UK is seeking a Change Consultant to support change management activities across client transformation programmes. You will work with senior consultants to design and deliver change, communications, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities that drive successful transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery, learning or related fields.
• Understanding of organisational change principles and willingness to develop expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of change management activities per project plans and methodology.
• Assist with stakeholder analysis and maintain engagement plans.
• Support change impact assessments by gathering process, system, role and org changes.
• Create and maintain project communications, presentations and engagement materials.
• Coordinate workshops, focus groups and engagement sessions with stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and executing communication campaigns to raise awareness.
• Support business readiness activities, including surveys and readiness assessments.
• Help maintain change action logs, risk registers and project trackers.
• Support training and learning activities, including scheduling and logistics.
• Capture feedback and provide insights to improve adoption activities.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to project status reporting and client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and trainers to deliver outcomes.
