Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a Junior Team Leader in the Haydock area to oversee a team of Technicians, manage routes and ensure key KPIs. The role covers the Midlands, North West and South West, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. A driving licence is required and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally experience in horticulture.
• Interested in plants and plantcare.
• Experience coordinating customer stock requirements for vehicles/routes.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• May require a DBS check depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Field support days.
• Maintenance and installation of Christmas displays.
• Quality audits of sites, stock control and ordering stock.

Junior Team Leader Responsibilities

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
• Field support days

Junior Team Leader Requirements
