Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Junior Team Leader to manage a team of Technicians across a large geographic area, including driving duties and on-site servicing. You will oversee KPIs for health and safety, service quality, and productivity while planning efficient routes.

The role requires a full UK driving license (2+ years), interest in plants, and the ability to coordinate stock for vehicles and routes, with DBS checks possible depending on the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally experience in horticulture or plant care.
• Interested in plants and plant care.
• Experience coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Field support days.
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays.
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock.
• The Role also includes large geography area and involves a lot of driving and hands on servicing as needed.
