Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking an Ambius Junior Team Leader for the Haydock branch, covering the Midlands, North West and South West. The role involves managing a team of Technicians, meeting health and safety KPIs, planning efficient routes, and supporting field operations.

The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with a 40-hour week (Monday to Friday) and a competitive salary with bonus/OTE potential.

• Full UK Driving Licence held for 2 years minimum.

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
• Field support days
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock

Junior Team Leader Responsibilities

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.

Junior Team Leader Requirements

• Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum
• Ideally have experience in horticulture
• Interested in plants and plantcare
• Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
