Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Stevenage is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with an interior design background to support delivery of retail design projects. You will work with experienced Project Managers, coordinating clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

This role offers full training, progression into Project Management, a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule and a salary range of £28,000–£37,500 plus benefits.

On offer is the opportunity the aspiring Project Coordinator to work for a renowned international design and production agency, supporting projects from initial concept through to completion. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, coordinating clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard, while developing the skills required to progress into Project Management.

In this role, the successful Junior Project Coordinator will support projects, developing strong client relationships while assisting with budgets, quotes, schedules, resources and project deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial brief through to production, delivery and installation, with full training and support to develop into a Project Manager.
