The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the line and plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching your team on the go
• Has an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
