Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and prep per day.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, par, hygiene and safety at all times.
• Follow allergen processes to keep the kitchen compliant and safe.
• Support and guide newer chefs to develop skills and confidence.
