Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, prep, hygiene and safety at all times.
• Follow allergen processes and keep kitchen compliant and safe.
• Support and mentor newer chefs to develop skills and confidence.
• Know dish specs inside out and ensure each plate meets quality.
